Music for Your wedding – What music do you need?
Ceremony Music
Classical musicians always add an air of romance and tradition to any wedding ceremony. Many couples choose to have live musicians for the ceremony. A harpist with a flute player, (referred to as a "flautist") are among the most popular instrumentation, often with the addition of a cellist. String quartets, trios, Woodwind quintets and brass choirs are sometimes used for dramatic effect.
Reception Music
Some couples prefer a DJ and MC combination for the reception music. Others select a band or a combination of the two. Many weddings use live musicians for the ceremony music and the pre-reception or cocktail hour. Then a DJ is introduced for the reception music and activities.

Rehearsal Dinner
Don’t forget the rehearsal Dinner! The closest members of family and friends gather for a "dry run" of your wedding. This night has its own special significance. This is an intimate time for you to spend with those closest to you. The Rehearsal night is a more relaxed time that allows for stories to be shared, moments relived, jokes to be told, and the enjoyment of long conversations, a luxury not often possible at the wedding reception. The addition of music can create a warm inviting atmosphere for this special evening. Background music can enrich the experience for your guests. The music will set the mood and give this night a separate style. A Calypso duo is perfect for a pool side buffet or the stylized sounds of a Jazz trio for a sit down affair or simply a single pianist making music on a beautiful grand piano.
